Council cash for kitchen

The kitchen in the pavilion at Chulmleigh Playing Fields is to get a complete make-over thanks to �4,000 from Devon County Council from funds allocated from the sale of Exeter International Airport. This was allocated by Chulmleigh/Swimbridge county councillor Joe Tucker

The kitchen in the pavilion at Chulmleigh Playing Fields is to get a complete make-over thanks to �4,000 from Devon County Council from funds allocated from the sale of Exeter International Airport.This was allocated by Chulmleigh/Swimbridge county councillor Joe Tucker from his local projects fund.The kitchen base units have been donated by local company Norbord and the county council money will help pay for new doors, worktops, sinks, oven and fridge freezer. The installation will cost �6,000 and will be carried out by local volunteers and specialist contractors.
