Herbert Mitchell did not return home from a night shift in South Molton on Monday night.

Concerns are growing for a North Devon man who has been missing since Tuesday.

Herbert Mitchell, 34, who lives near Barnstaple, did not return home from a night shift in South Molton on Monday night.

His wife, Carley Tapper said he is without the medication he had been taking after suffering a number of minor heart attacks.

She said: “We just want him home - as time goes on we’re getting more and more concerned.

“We’re absolutely in pieces. I just want him to walk through the door.”

Mr Mitchell was last seen driving a gold Nissan Micra, which is still missing.

He was wearing a blue shirt and sweater with Wessex FM written on it, as well as brown skinny trousers.

He has short dark hair and facial hair and a tattoo of a devil in a nappy on his left arm.

If anyone saw Mr Mitchell, or may know his whereabouts, they are asked to call the Police on 101 and quote reference number 0457 for May 31.
