Clovelly has been named as one of prettiest fishing villages in Britain. The cobbled streets of Clovelly feature in the top 10 list by BBC Countryfile Magazine. Naming the ten most charming fishing villages across the country, BBC Countryfile Magazine takes into account all the villages have to offer, including restaurants, boats, hotels, museums and harbours, as well as listing some important local history and recommending websites to visit for extra information. The feature recommends sampling the bar at the Red Lion Hotel, exploring the bustling harbour and enjoying the galleries and shops along the car-less, cobbled streets.
