Naming the ten most charming fishing villages across the country, BBC Countryfile Magazine takes into account all the villages have to offer, including restaurants, boats, hotels, museums and harbours, as well as listing some important local history and recommending websites to visit for extra information.

The feature recommends sampling the bar at the Red Lion Hotel, exploring the bustling harbour and enjoying the galleries and shops along the car-less, cobbled streets.
