Stilt-walking jellyfish, seafood, music, yachts and great weather gave people plenty to see and do at the annual Clovelly Maritime Festival on Saturday.
The harbour was bustling with stalls, food, real ale, street entertainers and workshops to celebrate the village’s connection with the sea both then and now.
The day is in aid of Bideford Sea Cadets who also help out on the day and host their own stall with information and a tombola.
Entertainment included Vertigo Stilts with their new jellyfish costumes, Punch and Judy, mermaid tales from the sea, Captain Coconut, Shipwreck Survival workshops, Artycrafts and Sarah from The Plough with her willow workshops.
Live music was provided throughout the day by Rakes Adrift, The Sessioners and the Littleham Howlers.
The harbour was also packed with boats courtesy of the annual Yacht rally organised by North Devon Yacht Club organised by North Devon Yacht Club.
Ten boats entered the race coming from Pembroke, Ilfracombe Appledore and Instow, with Sabet and Endeavour, both from Appledore, first and second and Orpheus third.
