RAF Chivenor has reported the death of one of its search and rescue pilots.
Flt Lt Mark Fisk died on Sunday evening following an accident at his home.
Squadron Leader Olly Padbury, O/C A Flight at Chivenor, said: "With around 6,000 hours flying time, Mark was an experienced and exceptionally gifted pilot with a natural flair for flying helicopters.
"He was hugely liked and respected by not only the aircrew and support staff at A Flight, but also by the wider military helicopter community.
