BOOK lovers in Barnstaple will be able to celebrate World Book Day by making their own books.Prior to this year's event on Thursday, March 5, the town's library is hosting a special bookbinding workshop with John Jameson from Cotswold Bookbinders on Saturday, February 28.Visitors will be able to create a beautiful self-made book from scratch after being shown how to cut the paper, sew the sections together, and cover the book with authentic bookbinding materials.All materials will be provided, the workshop will run from 10am-3.30pm. The cost is �20 per person and is suitable for anyone over the age of 16.
