n NORTH Devon Council chairman, Cllr Mair Manual, plants a tree to mark the opening of a brand new £1.5million business development project in South Molton. The seven new industrial units at the Woodlands Enterprise Centre, Pathfields, are the latest addition to what the council's lead member for economy and regeneration, Cllr Malcolm Prowse, said was now the "best business park in North Devon". The environmentally friendly units - aimed at new and growing local businesses - were funded by North Devon Council, the South West Regional Development Agency and European Objective 2 funding.Five of the seven units are still available to let through Webbers.For information on requirements, costs and how to apply for the business units, contact North Devon Council's Economic Development Team on (01271) 388368, email economicdevelopment@northdevon.gov.uk or contact Webbers on (01271) 347888.
