NORTH Devon bus drivers are wearing their poppies with pride to mark Remembrance Day.

Stagecoach Devon has donated £800 to the Royal British Legion appeal to enable all its drivers, depot and bus station staff – including 132 in North Devon – to wear a poppy while on duty.

Assistant manager Andy Leat said: “Many of our staff are ex-service and we always support the appeal at this time of year and help raise as much money as possible for this wonderful cause.”
