Brayford affordable homes completed

Parish, district and county councillors attended the practical completion of five much needed affordable homes in Hobbs Row, Brayford. The homes, built by Morgan Ashurst, will be owned and managed by rural housing specialist Hastoe Housing Association.

PARISH, district and county councillors attended the practical completion of five much needed affordable homes in Hobbs Row, Brayford.The homes, built by Morgan Ashurst, will be owned and managed by rural housing specialist Hastoe Housing Association. The provision of the homes was greatly assisted by grants from Devon County Council (from its second home council tax), North Devon District Council and the Homes and Communities Agency. Hastoe Housing Association Limited is a not-for-profit organisation that owns and manages more than 3,500 homes in southern England for affordable housing through letting and shared ownership. Half of these homes are in rural areas.
