Pub and restaurant has undergone £350,000 refurbishment
The George Hotel at Braunton reopens its doors on Tuesday of next week (April 19) after a £350,000 refurbishment.
The pub, restaurant and hotel was taken over in December by the OHH Pub Group and has been closed for six to eight weeks for the revamp.
Mark Warburton, OHH managing director, said the in side had been completely refurbished and would offer a relaxed environment with fresh food served throughout the day.
The renovation has been a joint investment between OHH and Enterprise Inns.
Mr Warburton said people were welcome to call in from 6pm on Tuesday for a look around, with food being served from Wednesday, April 20 and rooms available to reserve from Saturday, April 23.
The food on offer will range from breakfasts and sandwiches through to a full steak menu and children’s meals.
