BRAUNTON police are seeking a thief who appears to be targeting the same vehicle in the village - perhaps someone who is doing up their own vehicle.
Both wing mirrors were carefully removed from a blue P reg Land Rover Discovery at the top of Heanton Street overnight between 6pm on Tuesday, January 26 and 8am the following morning.
In mid December the spare wheel was also taken form the same vehicle at the same location.
PCSO Andy Frisby at Braunton Police Station said the offender wodul have taken some time to disconnect the mirrors and is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward if they have any information.

"I suspect someone is taking the parts to do up their own vehicle," he said.
"This crime is not only costly for the owner of the vehicle but has been very upsetting for her. I would also be interested if anyone knows of anyone who is doing up a Land Rover Discovery at the moment."
