Trainer of IFBB pro bodybuilder Flex Lewis held a workshop with fitness-enthusiasts in Barnstaple.

An ex-professional bodybuilder who now coaches some of the biggest names to the stage held a seminar in Barnstaple this weekend.

Neil 'Yoda' Hill, founder of the Y3T training programme, visited Pain and Gain in Barnstaple on Saturday.

Neil first started competing on the bodybuilding stage in 1989, and went on to become an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) professional bodybuilder.

He now trains some of the world's top athletes including IFBB pro and Mr Olympia winner James 'Flex' Lewis.

Neil's visit came after gym-owners Rich and Georgie Green met Neil in Las Vegas at the Mr Olympia show.

Georgie said: "We stayed in touch from there and he agreed to come down here.

"We're hoping to hold different seminars with some big IFBB pros throughout the year."

During the event he trained 20 of North Devon's fitness enthusiasts, including a powerlifting champion and a three-times world champion bodybuilder.

Georgie added: "He was an absolutely top, top guy. What a pleasure it has been.

"Thank you Neil, from all of us at Team Pain and Gain."
