Estate agent in Barnstaple celebrates 15 years in the town.

A Barnstaple estate agency is celebrating 15 years in business.

Bond Oxborough Phillips first opened its doors in Queen Street in August 2000, before moving to its Boutport Street office in 2007.

Wayne Clifton, partner at BOP, said: "We have seen many changes since 2000, such as the huge increase in house prices until 2008 when prices dipped for some time.

"The high demand for rental properties has increased so much that we have possibly five-to-six applicants for each property.

"House prices are back to where they were with lots of confidence in all price ranges, and we see this continuing for the future with house prices levelling out."

The firm thanked all of its vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants past and present.

Find them at 105 - 106 Boutport Street or call 01271 371 234.
