Bideford gains new benches for Victoria Park

Bideford Town Centre Partnership has helped place new picnic tables in Victoria Park for all to enjoy.
Picnickers can enjoy their packed lunches in comfort thanks to some new benches in Victoria Park in Bideford.
Bideford Town Centre Partnership celebrated the new picnic tables, purchased by Bideford Town Council, with cakes on Wednesday.
The benches were supplied by the charity Wings South West.
Maria Bailey, vice chairman of the partnership, said: “This is exactly how, on a small scale, the partnership works.
