Hundreds of bikes normally flock to the event, and this year is hoping to be better than ever.

The show officially starts at noon, with the four founding members, Lisa and Mike Elston, Terry King and Marco Oliveira, opening the show.

Lisa said: “We have the Bideford College band Syllabus playing at 11.15am and around 3.15am. Also The 5:15 are playing at 2pm and Brockabilly at 12.45pm from the Tarka Radio stage in Jubilee Square.

“We also have the Bideford Youth Pipe Band playing at the port memorial at 12pm and also in the Quay car park at 4.30pm.”

This year, money from the show will be split between Bideford College Racing, the Over and Above Cancer and Wellbeing Centre Appeal, the British Biker Relief Foundation, and ChemoHero.

Lisa added: “We raised just over £5,000 last year and we are hoping this year, especially if the weather is good, to smash this figure.”
