A colourful procession wound its way around the streets of Appledore for the annual carnival yesterday (Sunday).

Appledore Carnival saw a variety of floats, from movie-inspired entries to magical sea creatures.

The Fantastic Seabeasts and Where To Find Them took the champion of champions cup with its colourful, underwater-themed float.
