Work to complete new retail units at Anchorwood Bank in Barnstaple is on track for completion in March next year. Building work at the site began in June, and in the last four weeks, the first steel structure of the retail units has been erected. In the next few weeks, the retail park, which is being delivered by Wessex Investors, will evolve further as the buildings cladding will start go up. Mr Pegg said Wessex are talking to quite a few people about the remaining units and expected the retail park to be full by the time it is finished.
