Jonathan Creek star brings his new stand up show to town this autumn — tickets go on sale next week.

Jonathan Creek star and household name Alan Davies will be at the Queen’s Theatre in Barnstaple this November.

The actor, writer and comedian brings his new stand up tour Little Victories to town on Friday, November 27 at 8pm.

Alan is perhaps best known for best playing the title role in the BBC mystery drama series Jonathan Creek and for appearing as a permanent panellist on the BBC panel show QI.

His comedy act may has taken a back seat to television fame in recent years and before his last tour two years ago he had not taken to the stand up stage for 12 years.

But in reality he was winning comedy awards before some of his fans were born and the audience at his new show can expect him to come across as warm, friendly, and self-depreciatingly funny.

Tickets go on sale to North Devon Theatres members on Monday (January 26) and to the public at large on Thursday. Visit www.northdevontheatres.org.uk or call the box office on 01271 324242.
