Newton Tracey CC are delighted to announce the completion of their new practice facility, part funded by North Devon Council under their section 106 grant scheme.

The fantastic new facility is already being used regularly and is a magnificent addition to the club’s facilities. Newton Tracey are always welcoming new members to the club.

The ND Cricket League’s first semi-final saw Fileigh prevail over Newton Tracey in a high scoring affair at Deer Park.

Newton batted first and amassed 263 for the loss of 7. The Gears, Martin (77), Simon (48) and Rob (35), starred with the bat for Newton. Louis Roberts, Dan Smith, and Chris Gosney all got two wickets for Fileigh.

Fileigh got the runs with six wickets and 10 balls in hand, thanks to an unbeaten 101 from Jas Kalsi, and 93 for Dan Smith, who shared a third wicket partnership of 154. Connor Nash chipped in with an unbeaten 22 at the end.
