Back by popular demand after a very successful June gig which showcased song writing talents, the two night series of concerts will see 10 writers performing their own songs.

Well known local names include Dambuskers front man Steve Ruffe, Big Al Mitchell of Freeborn Men and Chloe Bix, all appearing on the Monday night.

Also taking part in the concerts, which start at 8.30pm each night, are the Folkstresses aka Hilary Bix and Judith Christie plus Sixties Kid, Andy Knight and Band, Mike Woodland, Leighe Needham and Jenny Tandy.

Admission is free and visitors can expect a variety of songs from comedy to tragedy, love to hate and all the things in between. Compere for the evenings is music Mike Dunton.
