AS their two main rivals fought out a draw, Torrington A chalked up another 10-pointer to increase their lead at the top of the North Devon Table Tennis League to 15 points.

Ben Taylor continues to impress for Torrington and reserve Peter Grant scored a triple against Castle Knights, who are struggling to pick up points.

Smugglers and Misfits played out a tight draw, all games going to four sets or more. Martyn Beer won three for the Misfits, but it was not quite enough to ensure success as Smugglers clinched the draw with a win in the doubles
