Good weekend for triathletes

NORTH Devon Triathlon Club had another excellent weekend of racing, with members making their mark in the Marazion Middle Distance event and the Exeter University Aquathlon.

Phil Miles led the North Devon contingent over the 1,900m swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run at Marazion, finishing in 11th place overall in a time of 4hrs 47mins and 04 seconds.

Damian Railston had the club’s top time at the university event, completing the 600m swim and 5km run in 31mins 29 secs to win the veteran men’s 40 years class.
