Fremington press on at the top
King hat-trick helps pacesetters maintain the momentum.
INTERMEDIATE One leaders Fremington maintained their pace at the top with a 4-0 win away to Putford Reserves, Andy King netting a hat-trick.
Second placed Northside Atlantic were also in scoring mood with a 6-1 win away to Woolsery reserves.
Ilfracombe Town 3rds and Woolacombe and Moretehoe had a ding-dong battle before sharing the points with a 3-3 result.
Ilfracombe went 2-0 up within 25 minutes with a volley from the edge of the box by Oliver Dept and an opportunist goal by Steve Burns, who pounced on a defensive mistake to round the keeper and score.
Stuart Haynes pulled one back for Woolacombe only for Dan Wright to re-establish the Ilfracombe lead to 3-1 at the break.
But Woolacombe fared better in the increasingly heavy conditions as Haynes scored a second goal and Nick Sillito grabbed the equaliser in the final minute.
Hartland were 4-2 winners at home to Braunton 3rds with goals by Christian George, Joe Deakin, Steven Heard and Daniel Slee.
