First winners receive new trophy

BABS Turner and Heather Taylor of Rock Park Bowling Club, the first winners of the Ladies 3 Wood Pairs Tournament held at United Services BC, received their trophy the club’s annual dinner at the Royal and Fortescue in Barnstaple.

They are pictured receiving the new trophy from its donors David and Christine Lake.

The tournament was declared a great success and will be played for annually.
