Exeter airport - Plane makes emergency landing

PASSENGERS on an aircraft trying to land at Exeter International Airport avoided disaster after it was forced to make an emergency landing.

The aircraft got into difficulty during a flight today.

Police deployed a helicopter and have closed roads around the site.
