Emergency services rescue car from precarious position in Ilfracombe!

OOPS… This swan-diving car shocked its owner when it was left precariously teetering over a wall at St Brannocks Road in Ilfracombe yesterday (Sunday) evening.

Police and an Ilfracombe fire crew were called to the scene roughly opposite the Medical Centre at around 5.30pm.

Fire fighters soon winched the errant vehicle back to safety, but the best efforts of the emergency services could not save the fence.
