THE Devon Youth Life Saving Championships at Putsborough saw Woolacombe youth with their seventh consecutive Devon championships with victory in both the beach and sea aggregates with Saunton Sands second, Croyde third and Teignmouth fourth.

In the under 16s Ellie Parker won her third consecutive OceanGirl title and 14year old Scoob Lark won the U16 Oceanboy, while Emma Challacombe and Brandon Lark took the U19s titles.

For the Croyde club Joe Windsor won the Devon U16 Ocean Swim Cup and Flora Lawton the U14 Devon Ocean Swim Cup, while clubmates carried off a clutch of medals, led by Flora with five golds.

Other Croyde successes were: Gold - Joe Windsor and Will Hartnoll (2 each), Alfie Reed, Maisie Lawton and Peony Knight. Silver - Joe Windsor (3), Peony Knight, Will Hartnoll, Jordan Raymond, Flora Lawton and Harriet Knight (2each), Maisie Lawton, Jemima Knight, Jasmine Bennett, Jack Middleton, Rachel Pearce, Ellen Raymond, Joe Wright and James Lloyd Cox. Bronze - Joe Windsor, Maisie Lawton and Ellen Raymond (3), Jemima Knight, Jasmine Bennett, Rachel Pearce, Lamorna Lane and Will Hartnoll.
