SIR - Following a most successful Ilfracombe Brimlands T20 cricket tournament held over the past two months, I would wish to thank organisers, sponsors and helpers for their support and effort in making the tournament so enjoyable for the players taking part.

In particular, I would wish to thank Ilfracombe Rugby Club and their treasurer, Danny Turton, also Jim Dendle & Reg Crabb for their efforts and support throughout the tournament. To Ian Gaddes of Westcountry Scaffolding for sponsoring the event and to the five captains of the teams involved for their organisation throughout.

I am sure that the players taking part will look forward to a similar event during summer 2011.
