Car catches fire in country lane

FIREFIGHTERS put out a car fire on a country lane between Winkleigh and Monkokehampton yesterday evening (Thursday).

FIREFIGHTERS put out a car fire on a country lane between Winkleigh and Monkokehampton yesterday evening (Thursday).

A crew from North Tawton arrived on scene at around 6.40pm and extinguished the severely damaged vehicle using one hose reel and breathing equipment.
