Bideford youth

BIDEFORD U8s had mixed fortunes against Bude in their first match of the season.

Bideford lost the first game 35-30, but won the second 35-25.

Try scorers were Jacob Stevenson, William Walkey, Samuel Picillo, Adam Leworthy, George Nurse.

An under-strength Bideford U13 team lost 38-10 to a strong Tiverton side,

Bideford got off to a slow start but rallied in the second half, their try scorer was new boy, Noah Stevens (2) .

Ollie Constable and Kai Abbott showed up well among the forwards.

Bideford U14s were 34-5 losers against Newton Abbot, despite being in front for much of the first half thanks to a Patrick Kendrew try.
