Exhibition of the work of Sherree Valentine at the Driftwood Gallery this week

THE Driftwood Gallery on the Quay at Ilfracombe is hosting anew exhibition of the work of “artist to the stars” Sherree Valentine from today (Wednesday.)

Sherree’s formidable talent has made her a favourite with many celebrity collectors, including several members of the British Royal Family.

Many famous show business names have sat for her including Joanna Lumley, John Sessions and Michael Parkinson. She was also commissioned to paint portraits of Jonny Wilkinson and Martin Johnson for a pair of commemorative Limited Editions celebrating England’s World Cup Victory.

Driftwood Gallery is one of a very exclusive group of UK galleries bestowed to be showcasing Sherree’s work and owner Justin Easton is personally very excited about the forthcoming exhibition: “I just adore Sherree’s work!” he said.

“Her impressive career has assured her a discerning international following of art lovers and her reputation is unrivalled in the international arena. I am so proud to be bringing such a rare and diverse collection of her limited editions and originals to Ilfracombe.”

The exhibition runs until Sunday. Find out more at www.driftwoodgallery.co.uk/ilfracombe.
