The packed inaugural Braunton U3A meeting.


The first meeting of Braunton U3A was a resounding success, with people queuing to get in the door.

There were plenty of cakes on offer too... There were plenty of cakes on offer too...

The meeting gave an insight in to the many opportunities on offer with U3A. There will be a monthly coffee morning with a speaker, plus members will form interest groups covering a range of topics and activities.

Groups such as genealogy, baking, theatre trips or walking already have around 30 people keen to join.

If you are interested in joining the U3A but missed the meeting call 01271 817681. The next meeting will be on Tues, November 4 at Braunton Parish Hall.
