Get into the festive spirit with free mulled wine and mince pies at a Christmas concert in aid of North Devon Hospice.

A country house will provide the festive setting for a Christmas concert in aid of North Devon Hospice.

Hallsannery House, near Bideford, will be dishing out free mince pies and mulled wine at the event on Wednesday, December 20.

All proceeds will be donated to North Devon Hospice and the concert will feature the ever-popular Teachers Rock Choir.

Hospice fundraiser Claire Sherwood said: “Hallsannery is an absolutely stunning venue and I can think of nowhere better to stage a Christmas gig.

“It will look gorgeous on the night and it promises to be a really atmospheric event. Above all, the concert is about having some pre-Christmas fun.”

The concert is in aid of North Devon Hospice and Claire said the funds will help to provide care to people during the toughest of times.

The concert begins at 7pm, tickets are £7.50 and need to be reserved by phoning Claire on 01271 347204.
