The leading teams were in top scoring form in the North Devon Netball League this week, Carol Anne Diamonds and Blue Oasis each scoring 70 goals and Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks put 65 through the hoop.
In the match between Venners Bakery Vipers and Carol Anne Sapphires, 100 goals were scored between them.
Nicole Worth led Bude Stars challenge as they faced Titans Neptune with her accurate shooting but the work done by Lorraine Clevedon in the mid-court was too much and gave Neptune a 50-38 victory.
Bude Satellites, aided by newcomer Liz Howse, found their form and were superb beating North Devon Homes 55-11 in division 3.
Gemma Adams was once again Georgeham Rocks’ outstanding player and she dominated the play as her team defeated CPB Navigators 42-13 in division 4.
This Saturday Carol Anne Diamonds travel to face Team Bath in the regional league, meanwhile in the county league Titans host West Exe at Chulmleigh at 1.30pm and Venners host Wasps at Kingsley School at 2.30pm.
