The AEGON Ladies’ GB Pro Series Barnstaple is back at the Tarka Tennis Centre between September 1-7

THE AEGON International Ladies GB Pro Series Barnstaple are once again returning to the Tarka Tennis Centre this September.

The tournament has been moved to September 1-7 this year, having previously been played in November.

A host of talent from Britain and Europe are expected to compete again this year, following appearances from top players such as Laura Robson, Heather Watson and Anne Keothavong in previous years.

Prize money of $25,000, making this the largest non-grass court season event in the UK, should also haelp to attract some star names.

Qualifying gets underway on Monday, September 1 with free admission for all, with the main draw swinging into action on Tuesday.

Tickets are then just £4 per day until semi-finals day on Saturday, which will cost £6.

Entry for Sunday’s final is £7.

2013’s singles event was won by Martha Sirotkina, while the doubles was won by Great Britain’s Naomi Broady and Kristyina Pliskova.

To book your tickets, call Team Tarka on 01271 377701, or buy them in person at Tarka Tennis Centre.
