TORRINGTON trampolinist and Olympic torch bearer Charlotte Broadhead is the new Ladies BUCS 3 - British Universities College Sports - national trampoline champion,
Charlotte, 19, is a coach at the Bideford Bouncers club and is currently at the University of Bath, studying sport and social sciences.
She took the universities gold medal with a combined score of 50.2 for two
advanced somersaulting routines at the competition in Bristol.
In what has already been quite a year, Charlotte has also been chosen to will be carry the Olympic torch through Torquay on Sunday, May 20.
