Witheridge could face Plymouth Parkway in the final

Witheridge’s St Luke’s Cup semi-final tie at Tiverton last night was yet another casualty of the weather.

The competition’s other semi did go ahead, though, where Plymouth Parkway caused a major upset in dumping the Football League’s Exeter City out of the competition to reach the final.

Parkway beat the Grecians on penalties following a 3-3 draw in normal time, and are up next this weekend for Witheridge in the South West Peninsula League.
