NORTH Molton pulled off a midweek surprise when they dumped Western Leaguers Barnstaple Town from the Westward Ho! Cup 4-1.

They fell 1-0 behind before coming back with two goals each by Greg Holland and Tom Marsh.

Ilfracombe Reserves progressed 4-0 in the Westward Ho! Cup on Sunday at the expense of Putford. Scorers were Josh Heafield (2), Ryan Offield and Ray Squire.
