Fishermen’s magnificent seven

16:01 20 February 2013

Appledore stretched their unbeaten run to seven games with a 4-0 win away to Axminster, which pushes them up into fifth place in Division One East.

After a goalless opening half the Fishermen opened the second half with a storm, scoring three times within 10 minutes.

Seth Hodorowski set them off with the first and this was quickly followed by another from Sam Fishwick and an own goal after Hodorowski pressed the home defence.

Mark Clark completed the scoring with a fourth late in the game.
