Volunteer sought to help promote grass roots football in North Devon.

DEVON FA is looking for a volunteer who can support, improve and maintain the grass roots game of football in North Devon.

An FA councillor vacancy has arisen following the resignation of Jimmy Jewell, who is moving from the area.

Applicants need to be under the age of 70 and nominated and seconded by two local adult-based clubs in the North Area.

They should write a brief 100-word profile about themselves and say why they think they should be considered for the role.

They are also asked to submit a small passport-sized picture of themselves.

The deadline for applications is Friday, October 26.

Write to the chief executive, Devon County Football Association, Coach Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 1EJ.
