Bideford set for busy pre-season

Robins line up nine friendlies - including games against Ilfracombe and Barnstaple

BIDEFORD AFC have a busy pre-season ahead of them with nine friendlies set up for July and August.

The Robins will play five away matches while renovation works to the Sports Ground pitch are completed, before four home matches ahead of their Calor League Southern Premier kick-off in August.

Bideford travel to Galmpton on Saturday, July 5, before further trips to Elmore, Exmouth, Buckland Athletic and a crunch local derby with Barnstaple Town on Saturday, July 19.

They host Ilfracombe three days later in their first home game of the summer, with St Austell, a Plymouth Argyle XI and Camelford visiting over the following weeks.

The club has also announced that season tickets for the 2014/15 campaign are now available from the club office, priced at £160 for adults and £95 for concessions.
