COAST PROTECTION ACT 1949: Section 34 APPLICATION FOR BIDEFORD
CANTILEVER WALKWAY STRENGTHENING NOTICE
is hereby given that Devon County
Council has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Coast Protection Act 1949: Section 34 for consent to undertake works involving Bideford Cantilever Walkway
Strengthening. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Bideford Library, New Road, Bideford, EX39 2HR, and they can be viewed during normal opening hours, which are Monday 9:30 - 7:00 (Closed until 10:00 on the 1st Monday of each month for staff training), Tuesday 9:30 - 5:30, Wednesday 9.30 - 12.00, Thursday 9:30 - 7:00, Friday, 9:30 - 5:30, Saturday 9:30 - 4:00.
