Ilfracombe Christmas lights

ONE of the best crowds in years turned out for the traditional switching on of Ilfracombe’s Christmas lights.

Thousands packed the war memorial square, streets around it and watched from nearby windows as celebrity Todd Carty, former EastEnder and star of the Queen’s Theatre pantomime, did the honours.
