LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

I, Garth Hughes have applied to Torridge District Council for a variation of a premises licence for The Royal George, Irsha Street, Appledore, Bideford, Devon, EX39 1 RY under s.34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The variation is to reflect the renovations carried out to the building resulting in (1) increased bar and restaurant area on the ground floor and (2) newly created restaurant area and terrace on the first floor, exhibition of films Mon-Sun (10.00 -20.00); recorded music, Mon-Sat (08.00 - 23.30), Sun (08.00 - 23.00); supply alcohol, Mon-Sat (10.00 - 23.00), Sun (10.00 - 22.30); opening hours Mon-Sat (08.00 - 23.30) Sun (08.00 - 23.00). Representations must be made in writing to The Licensing Unit, Torridge District Council, Riverbank House, Bideford, Devon EX39 2QG, website www.torridge.gov.uk no later than April 18th 2019. The application may be viewed at the Council Offices, Riverbank House, Bideford between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
