Woman suffers broken nose and split lip after ‘unprovoked assault’

Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault during Sunday morning in Braunton.
WITNESSES are being sought after a serious unprovoked assault on a woman in Braunton on Sunday morning.
The 29-year-old local woman was punched in the face by a man outside the George Hotel in Exeter Road around 1am.
She sustained a broken nose and a split lip.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 101, quoting reference CN/12/514.
