Woman injured after Prixford collision

Emergency services called out after two cars collide on Prixford Hill.

A woman was treated for minor injuries after two vehicles collided on Prixford Hill near Barnstaple yesterday (Saturday).

The fire service was called by police just after 3.30pm and two crews from Barnstaple sent to the scene, together with South Western Ambulance Service.

Fire fighters found all occupants clear of the vehicles and went on to make the vehicles safe.

One woman with minor injuries was treated on scene by paramedics.
