BIDEFORD Quay will be bustling with activity on Sunday as the Rotary Club hosts its annual Water Festival.

Brand new for this year will be a daring 175ft platform bungee jump, as well as gig racing, ferry trips, demonstrations, canoeing, power boat rides and a fun fair.

On the Quayside there will also be food stalls and activities for all the family.

Steve Corless, festival organiser, said: “We are really excited about the event. It will be a great spectacle and we are sure the people of North Devon will rise to the challenge in aid of such worthwhile charities.”
