Officers discovered Martin Hanna, from Ilfracombe, safe and well.

Update: Police confirmed this morning (Sunday) that Mr Hanna was found safe and well.

POLICE are currently appealing for information to help locate a missing man from the Ilfracombe area.

Martin Hanna, 58, went missing from his home in Ilfracombe this morning (Sat).

Mr Hanna is described as a white male, approximately 5ft 2 inches tall, of a large build.

He has short, dark hair with a bald patch on top. He is likely wearing green combat type trousers and a black hooded top with a dragon motif. He walks with a stick.

Mr Hanna is driving a blue coloured Microcar registration FD03 CZC which has been seen in the Torbay area at approximately 11.20am today.

He also has a disabled bus pass and it is thought he may park up and get a bus somewhere. Police are continuing to search for his and his vehicle.

Officers are concerned for the welfare of Mr Hanna, should he or his vehicle be seen please contact the police control room, dialling 999 and quoting log number 246 of 01/03/2014.
