Missing Cornish man taken to hospital as a precaution after being found earlier today (Friday).
A man missing for several days has been found safe at Lynton.
A major search was launched for Nicholas Le Corre in the Ilfracombe area on Tuesday by police concerned for his welfare.
The 39-year-old was found today (Friday) at around 12.45pm in the Lynton area and was taken to North Devon District Hospital to be checked over as a precaution.
The police said they would like to thank the public and the media following the appeal to locate Mr Le Corre.
On Tuesday, the police helicopter, officers and dog units had searched around Ilfracombe after the reports Mr Le Carre had visited St Philip and St James Church in the town.
It was thought Mr Le Corre, believed to be from the Liskeard and Callington area, may have been visiting local churches and beauty spots.
On Wednesday members of the Search and Rescue Dog Association joined the hunt, in the form of search dogs Poppy and Ronnie, along with handlers James Taylor-Short from Westward Ho! and Ian Bertie from Tavistock.
