The local man in his 60s was airlifted to Derriford Hospital following the crash at Horns Cross on Saturday.
A LOCAL man remains in a critical condition in hospital after suffering multiple chest injuries in a three-vehicle collision on Saturday.
The driver of a red MG was airlifted to Derriford Hospital after the collision on the A39 at Horns Cross near Alvington around 12pm.
The man, who is local to the area, was cut from his car by fire fighters who attended the scene from Bideford and Appledore.
The occupants of the other two vehicles, a Citroen C4 and a Land Rover Discovery, sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
